Any single product company is at the same risk and doubly so in the fast changing world of biotech.

Regarding immunotherapy, it is my understanding that whilst it is very effective for some (several years of curative), it is not effective at all, or even deadly to others. OS figures are impressive but are virtually useless when assessing whether or not treatment A is better than treatment B, because the range of results is so vast.

The next level of breakthrough in these drugs is identifying suitable candidates before treatment is started, which I believe is starting to happen (somebody might correct me on that). The next stage is figuring out exactly why some people react better than others, which will lead research into developing treatments for the entire spectrum.

IN MY OPINION (emphasis important), there is still a long way to go and I am not worried about any short or even medium term risk to the SRX market. One to keep an eye out on though.
