Edeagle, if you reckon the January details is enough to make an informed decision:
"The initial cash outlay is expected to be between $1 million to $1.4 million. The balance of the purchase price will be linked to the ongoing sales."
then I guess we have different definitions of specifics. Of course today's announcement is good news BUT we cannot yet quantify it. If you are able to quantify what this means to the new business I am all ears.
