Well I for one would be very concerned indeed if the hedge funds starting selling down. The implication being they know something we don't. And are better informed than the average punter. Then again there are a whole host of reasons they could be selling down including trading. Who knows. But we can't welcome hedge fund investment on the way up as being the smart money coming in yet ignore it when they sell out as being dum money getting out. Not that I'm saying we are seeing the hedge funds getting out based on one notice that covers trading activity over three months but I for one was nervous seeing a SSN showing a sell down when waiting for a BTA, obviously you just took it in your stride.
