CAZ can try and take it to court, but legally the final word is with the mines minister and it is a state issue.
Those in WA should look through the records and see if there was a similar situation where the the mines minister gave it to the other party. Perhaps they can challenge based on case history. At the very least it would put the minister in the hot seat.
