Guy's, just take a chill pile and relax. I know its hard to do with investors hard earnt capital in an investment that hangs on the balance by the SI court system and I for one am biting my fingernails to the bone.
Thursday is last day of appeal not Friday. Friday has been set aside for deliberation and maybe a decision.
Please read my posts; I said this morning "decision due Friday". NOT, "decision on Friday"
To be all still invested in AVQ, and I am one of them, we have all done our research and spent many hours not only on AVQ but the court possible outcomes and the unique relationship the indigenous owners and the SI Government Officials have with Ryan and the Isabel's leases. Back your judgement or sell tomorrow as a decision could be still pending for days maybe weeks. Understand your limits not only in a capital sense but mentally as well.
I have full confidence that SMM, will not mine Isabel  and have been blown away with the tight ship and close bond Ryan has had with no only AVQ management (and I've spoken to most in management personnel) but with the Indigenous owners, on site workers and the respective SI Government Representatives.
At worst the decision will go to a re tender, Ok.....ouch!!.... 3-4 months of doom and gloom from the naysayers then realisation setts in.............The owners have the "KEY"!  Not only are SMM going have to forgo with at least 20% of Isabel but 20% of all their leases in the Solomon's.....Aint gonna happen!!. Also SMM, by dragging this whole saga through court, stalling, appealing, not to mention Commissioner Browns finding in the way SMM have conducted themselves, will never entice that "KEY" to open the door. Lets not get me started on SMM business model...........will not work and hasn't yet.
OK, at worst 3-4 months re-tender, at best decision Friday or early next week.
Back your research in AVQ, the Indigenous owners and the SI Government's  relationship with AVQ,  back Commissioners Browns findings which all of you should of read and most important, back Ryan's uniqueness in getting AVQ thus far.
