and there's still the JVA in place even if AGS are awarded Sales Rights. H/Q do quite well out of any J/V partner. imo

I agree MMartin that AGS's position will be a hell of a lot better if they win the next Court Action and Sale or other eventuates.

Don't know why they wouldn't press for Compensation though!

That remains to be determined.
