    I have lodged my compliant regarding the unfair terms (issue share at lower than market value) and potential of breaching director's duty on insolvency and misleading report.

    I believe the director and management should responsible for the decision.
    Not us paying the huge penalty of $400k if we vote against the convertible shares.
