my feeling is that they just pumped up the shares to 30+ cents in order to do the CR at 22c. and then they released the JVC at the sametime as the CR to try and maintain demand. then they slowly got out themselves, but unfortunately there wasnt enough demand.
im down more than 25% lels. due to laziness of putting in a stoploss and in a small hope that it was accumulation. for a stock so tightly held it doesnt really make sense. but with so much news that can happen soon, i would not be surprised if we see mid 20s within the next 2/3 weeks.
