Please refer to post # 980503 for why I think DDT has an amazing future ahead of it.

Some here have suggested that the robot arm will be the cashcow in the future for DDT. I think it will certainly get wide acceptance with the automatic capability of applying the Datadot, and therefore because of the much lower cost of applying it, will become a defacto standard in the production line. This will certainly provide a substantial amount of money to the company.

But the technology has much far-reaching effects than that in all sorts of industries, and the skill will be for management not to jump at every shadow but to concentrate on maximising the potential in key industries first.

As for company growth and achievements. I believe they are just becoming profitable now. Revenue has almost doubled in the last 3 months over the previous 6 months, so the growth is there again. Like any business alot of work is required to achieve goals and it all takes time. I believe from my time researching the company over the last few months, that management have got the ability to make this an extreme success.

The interesting thing is DDT has not received alot of coverage on Hotcopper. Some would argue that this is a good thing. I have it earmarked as my top tech stock of 2006 and have invested accordingly.
