I actually did answer the question.. The reason they have a lousy quality of life is their own fault.. Nothing to do with the USA.. They were given a crack at Liberty plus a truckload of cash.. Then what? They did what they do best..defecate in their nest and then try to move somewhere else where the stupid infidel pays their bills and cleans up after them... As I said, look at Germany and Japan if you want to see what a country can and should do.
Ukraine? I can't comment upon.. I don't kow enough about the issues there. But all I suspect is that if Putin is involved, then all is not as it should be.
Lastly, don't get me wrong.. I am not an apologist for the USA, they have done a lot of stupid things in the Middle East including and especially deposing Saddam - I've always said they should simply do deals with despots and dictators instead of trying to impose democracy. ( I really hope that Assad survives and continues to rule Syria, if he goes, Syria will be yet another religous cesspit.)
Despite that, these countries have failed because they are full of backward, tribal, religous zealots who only know how to whinge, moan and play the victim card. In short they are to blame for turning their countries into the excrement that they are today.
