here here stevo, excellent post mate!

on a server here, I have about 25 flavours of linux which I test out at various times and also keep updated.

I have been an avid fan of many Linux flavours since the mid 90's which goes back to the day where I think I loved ordering CDs from melbourne and supporting linux groups etc.

many variations and changes since back in the day, with plenty to choose from.
I turn a bit schizo with it all as I seem to fall in love with many variations I cant seem to settle down and marry...lol

Linux Mint, is Mint, plenty of support, plenty of elegance, as too is elemertary OS.
Zorin I find is also cool which is another Ubuntu seed, and offers plenty of view.

yet as we know the list goes on, but most or many or all are rock solid, some with excellent network tools and penetration testing addons pre-installed as too the many other free apps and programs written with passion for passionate people and users.

    puppy, too is sweet as!
put this onto an old laptop for a friend and it really offers super performance which kicks butt~!

having and supporting a lot of ms os, but all and above I recommend those whom want to know what freedom really does taste like, I encourage Linux with its many flavours and all without the price tag or hassel which seems to be a default routine for all the Zombies of the world to jump through such hoops.

for those scratching their heads, grab a couple of 8GB usb sticks, try a few flavours.
get small program called Rufus (portable) download the ISO of various ports of linux to try it with Live disks.

start here, it will change you life IMO, >>> http://distrowatch.com/

    power to the people,
    long live Linux~!
