Inducing move is very subtle. Not easy to understand. An inducing move is a move that forces your opponent to respond in a predictable manner so that you are "compelled' to play the next move that you intended to play. The move by the opponent increases value/priority to your intended move. May be this is what SQZG is doing in extending the LOI to include the Ancuabe results for the eventual move.
