    You're the one who claimed 'no chance', and claim things in absolutes. I suggested, on the balance of evidence, it might (read: *might*) actually be the opposite. Might, because I don't know of any solid references. Which is what has me wondering what has you so certain?

    Affordability is hovering around record lows, do you need a poll to determine if those struggling with affordability, might be disenfranchised? Really? If negative gearing was working effectively, affordability wouldn't be an issue, so it stands to reason that at a minimum is not working so well. Now it's your turn.
