Those with a controlling stake in this company have an incentive to push the price down, the lower the share price the larger the number of new shares they will receive for milestone placements. This company appear to be being run for the benefit of shareholders, just not all shareholders (yet).

I wouldn't be surprised if that 5 day VWAP window represents the best time for buying in, the problem is we'll only know when it was after the event... indeed Tuesday could open with a JV announcement.
