Rolling, liquidity is largely an issue for traders and as such won't be on managements radar, for longterm holders and instos performance is the main issue and if it performs and we end up on the ASX 200 then liquidity won't be an issue and if we don't perform its an issue for everyone anyway regardless of how many share are out there.
IMO the consolidation rate will depend on the shareprice when its its done and will be aimed at having the shareprice around the $2 mark.
