well I reckon things could get pretty hectic IF YXGC is in JV with SQZG. That for example is financing YXGC current and expanded operation.
I'm a bit"confused" by the @Pauldola power point that SQZG wanted the extra 200kts of graphite SO made the finance deal to get/secure it.

Now I'm pretty sure that was the sequence- Desire for Graphite prompted the Finance Offer.

Not the other way round, which imo would be more bankster. To make the Loan willing to take graphite as 'repayment in kind'.
Subtle difference,hey? but considering SQZG has no prior history as a Graphite Distributor OR as a Graphite End User ?
Well strikes me as "funny" peculiar rather than ha ha.

Further SQZQ appeared to be contracting out of Nicanda Hill and with the YXGC 100kts of 150um> had a 300kts[ish] production covered. Thing is that as a Distributor SQZG was "happy" to mmiss out on the Large+ Flake and go with just 90%+ of any "lesser" flake. Do you follow that too is "funny"?

Now YXGC is being lined up for Anacube, apparently to offtake Anacube and not so much Nicanda.
Wonder which site the Rock was from that had YX ringing within 6 hours pleading the gimme gimme must have?

now it can't be expected for @Pauldola to give some answers.If there'd been any elaboration by BB at the presentation, Paul would have reported it.
Probably ringing or emailing BB would get commercial confidentiality brought out but Tonners,sensible ones of the 'gang', do you see that passing over SQ could 'lose' YX?
