Seriously guys, I'd like to be proven wrong, but to suggest that your going to out smart H/Q or that someone would buy us with that sort of baggage is IMO wish full thinking, further more, IF, someone was interested whilst an appeal was pending they'd be buying at lower than what it's worth...I'd prefer to have had the appeal and best of all the appeal been lost by HQ, then we would be a strong position, if your in a hurry sorry, if you've been here as long as I have then my approach is whats another year, so long as I get what I WANT....400m...........all my opinion..
