I spoke to Gavin Rezos about the listing a month or so ago. We will be a level 3 ADR and there is no minimum price and it will be 1 for 1. He talked about some new listing process for companies such as AJX. The New York listing will be the primary exchange and the ASX the secondary exchange. The long time European shareholders will be transferring their stock over as will Gavin and Nick. I expect their will be another raising (small) on IPO in New York.

After the recent cap raise debacle, I understand that a new larger IB will be appointed.
