This is fantastic news - it tells us they are cleaning up there act and formalising the business structure ASAP as it looks unprofessional for a business to be structured as NXR/WBT while about to go into multimillion dollar deals.
It also shows the bond between the two and transparency is now united. If you read in between the lines, they are fast tracking this process as quick as possible as it will make contracting MOU's and or deals much easier.
