The only ramping I see evident in this blog lately, are your posts. Or are you baiting ?? Your thin and misguided understanding of the corporate world causes you to write a lot of tripe that this weighty blog could well do without. IMO Take a break from posting for a while so adults that know what they are talking about can get on with discussing business.
The hearing clearly showed AGS's actions and decisions are contributory to their financial position. Judge's are smart. Smart enough to know what that means in the context of the hearing and the decision that will be made. Just wait and see and you might learn something.
