    If bad news comes up, We can play good game, timing very important. we take more time to go through, more clear picture we can see, court will see the picture as well. Only Todd could not wait, more time they wait, more money they lose, all the t/o and off take agreement are waste. Finally, Todd have to put another offer or walk away. IMO
