The industry has bounced. Paperback book sales are growing, Aust population still growing, direct marketing through print media is here to stay. That alone should allow a continued rerate upwards over the next twelve months.
But scale and geographic coverage are important and I have heard of a merger or two that would add extra efficiency and profitability to PMP and counterparties...
And PMP's great cashflow! Fundies are looking for this kind of opportunity.
What I cant understand is why people couldn't see this kind of trading update coming over the last few months.
I didnt sell a share today....
