    Hi andrewe

Its funny you should recommend that we should disclose when we are buying UCLOA or OB.

TO be honest with you, I currently have the 100k bid at 3c.

I know it doesnt seem much but that really is the only way to accumulate UCLOB. I have made three purchases in UCLOB n the last two weeks from 2.7 to 3.0.

I wonder if it would be a good idea by UCL to apply to have some new options listed on the ASX. Say have 50c options with an exercise price of 2008.

THe more 10c options they raise, the more substantial the share capital dilution effect will be. By introducing 50c options, UCL will be indicating to the market that the current share price is a joke and 50c may be a more realistic valuation of the company. It'll also give us an opportunity to get some at 0.5c perhaps which will see some incredible leverage when UCL begins to reflect its potetnial.

I think something else UCL should seriously consider doing is going through another 10 to 1 share consolidation. I know UCL did one a few years back and I was involved in that but as it currently stands UCL will have 1.2billion shares on a fully diluted basis. This is bound to increase.

They have a mkt cap currently of $84 million. It looks much more attractive having a mkt cap of $84 mil with a share price of 70c rather than 7c. THey will be treated instantly with more respect by the mkt and will attract nrw investors in the company who are averse to investing in company with a low share price.

    Cheers
