I think shareholders should demand to know something about a company who are now entitled to own 18% of CDU. Who is/are the director(s) and shareholder(s)? Where is the company registered? 18% for FSHL, 19.9% for COW; what %s after all this dilution for NAAIL and Sinosteel, especially if sinosteel take up payment for the electricals in shares, three other individual Chinese shareholders with 20m shares .... although it is listed on the ASX it is looking likely that Chinese shareholders will own well over 50% if FSHL get their allocation.
