Well I enjoyed myself at todays little meeting......
There were 5 of us and there is no doubt I was the most inexperienced in the room....
Current cash is about $3m and the warrants for Ridgeback are a part of the deal,
there are no plans to renegotiate them as apparently it is standard procedure in this
type of deal......The warrants have been negotiated at a very good rate as against our
peers according to Stuart......I got the impression that its just the way things are done.....
Spacetrumpet.......Imp 321 in the metatasic breast cancer field is the best chance of
early news...
Fishy.....as per above mate, Stuart is very keen on these lag3 products, it is the way of the future
and the subject of intense interest in the most vibrant sector of the biomed scene.....
Weaponhead.....Well mate, CVAC has attracted interest by more than one party, indeed
one party had an hour long session with Mark and Fred at ASCO.......As you can appreciate
Stuart was very guarded (and rightly so) in this exchange......
At the end he did say he has certainly not given up on CVAC, I sensed an air
of optimism when that was said....
Don't quote me here and certainly don't make too much of what
I have said......That being said I'm happy......
