Can't see your point . Try & tell a person born & bred in Sydney to live elsewhere , Try & convince the large numbers of people trying to live in that city to perhaps go elsewhere. The Demand continues to rise & the supply is not keeping up to it , these market forces are not the product of any bank or Govt or the head of treasury they are a stream of pressure that will not go away.
