    hi TDS, you have got the wrong end of the stick

    As said above this in nothing to do with the LOI that existed with NOOR, VTX were never acquiring NOOR, NOOR were aquiring a stake in Shieldliner FROM VTX. However as per announcement on 25/5 this transaction with NOOR is likely to no longer go ahead.

    This Halt/Suspension is regarding VTX acquiring something, could be anything , we don't know yet. And it will be announced within the next 48 hours.
