    As mentioned earlier the latest trading halt and suspension is nothing to do with the LOI with NOOR.

    The trading halt notice does rule this out as it mentions in the trading halt letter that the halt is in relation to a 'Finalisation of a proposed acquisition'

    the LOI with NOOR is NOT a acquisition for VTX, actually the opposite. So in that regard it does rule this out.

    This halt is in regard to VTX acquiring (hopefully) something good.
