Depends on what it is.
If it's something to do with Mawarid i'd be getting excited. Their bid for UCL came in at 31c when it was trading at 11c.
They need that copper at their processing plant and they need it soon, so maybe the best way to secure it is for them to finance the FS?
It would be good if @webral could maybe drop some numbers in for us to see if all the action was just retail.
