Needless to say with a fair bit of skin in the game, this is not my preferred position! Having said that I am satisfied based on my personal due diligence with the underlying quality of the business and the model going forward.
For one investment reason or another, there is an overhang in the stock which has created the present downward momentum. From my viewpoint, not great shareholder relations!
I suggest you have a chat with management directly as I have to get a personal view on the business.
As we know, companies can turn around a long way in the right market eg. check out IMP (or for that matter ALL).
