Not really ; renewables can't really be considered a base load challenger to coal IMO slick , renewables probably fall into the 'end of the century' zone

Sorry don't understand what you are trying to say.... Although I can say that washed coal is becoming a requirement which in turn adds to cost of coal; increased cost and rock bottom prices....they can't just stop coal , they will have to pay higher price to washout .
Half of adani coal needs to be washed I do know that , it's to reduce sulphur , half I'd open and half is below ground for the initial phase

Washing adds to cost and so It's forcing the hand to an alternative; but coal is still king; alternative source by end of century ; ha ha I think that's within my investment range with Esi .

Fwiw I watched the program , I enjoyed it ; why? Only because all the mines highlighted bring back memories; it was a bit of a head shaking hour; a few not so intelligent individuals in suits .


Adani ; IMO that ones going no where fast; 10,000 jobs lol; do you know they signed a contract with Komatsu for 55 number 400tonne trucks all operating without a human within the last week ; the plant sewerage capacity system is for...well let's just say a few people ; trains over a 400km line to abbot ... Not a heartbeat there either ; mine services contract awarded also....the contract is depended on a few things .

Finance .... Hmmm weren't the French the latest to walk ?

The Indians will need thermal coal no doubt ; Coldry will surely be looking tempting .
