AGS has agreed with a statement in Q marketing plan regarding the current uranium market. Seems like a lot of AGS's evidence has been taken out of consideration. I don't see how this could be a positive for AGS. If it is about the spot market then a lot of our case has just been discredited. How can that be good?
If a lot of our argument is now invalid we could be in trouble. That is what happened in all the other cases and look at how they ended.
I'd be much happier if Q/H evidence was taken out instead of ours.
