1914. From how I read what has developed with ACE and SGH, I wouldn't be using the word "control" for Beach. I might be being naive, but, I don't reckon that, apart from maybe having a member on the Board, that they would be having any "technical" control over Beach's core businesses. More like a very astute, timely and very strategic investment into what should be a major income producer in Australia and O/S.
They are so close to the line in the sand, so, IF they were to have a different "plan", we should know fairly soon before Beach becomes MUCH more expensive.
