Thorburn, I realise that is the way you see it, but IMO it's no use denigrating one side or the other. That's just BS.
Greece can't service its debt. The EU troika are the ones who have to make the major concessions, including very substantial debt relief, if they really want to keep Greece in the union. Whether the average cabinet age is 60 or 16 is irrelevant. It all depends on the last card played by the EU.
