hmmm, valued at 30mil, is that for half, or are we buying half of that 30m.
doesn't really matter, so we are going to buy an oil field, lets say for an independent valuation of 30 mil.
50%, 15.1 million to be correct, for somewhere between 1.2 mil and 2.1 mil.
WTF.  How good are these guys at getting out and leaving someone else with their oil field.
whoever is selling this is, for reasons unknown, selling us a 50% share for way below it independent value.  Its valued at 15.1 mil, you can have it for 2.1.  Hey, pssst, I got shares in a big bridge in Sydney, wanna buy some???
Really.
You know I got stung with the same gig,  GGP, (go do some homework) "independent experts" that said there was a pipeline of oil, never fu228ng,  that eventually went into death spiral with mine and heaps of others money.   CR after CR, directors not answerable to the money that went down the hole.
I got stung with VIL, who had an "independent expert" saying there was a 30 meter column of oil present. And effectively there was NO oil even after "experts" signed off that there was.  Rebirth that one, now coal, or Iron Ore, or cheap seashells, who knows.
Then these guys want to have 5.5 billion shares on the register.
WOW. Really, might raid my kids education fund, cause this sounds like a no brainer.
Hope that new money comes in so us s/h with a wheelbarrow of useless script may get out with socks on.
