there maybe some appeal action based on damages but on the other hand because australia doesn't have punitive damages then the damages bill (if there is any damages awarded to alliance) may not be enough of a concern to quasar for quasar to want to go ahead and appeal.

all speculation of course and all based on my very limited understanding.

we may also find that quasar appeals not for legal reasons but simply because it is a factor in the art of the deal assuming a deal is attempted.
