From the preso and searching - there is no revenue currently. There is no app developed at this stage, cannot find any running dating events as described. the website doesn't appear to work either.

This is very expensive one man, home computer dream IMO. But shells seem to be grabbing anything these days. Good luck to current holders and congrats to the vendor for wangling a very sweet deal for themselves.

The balance valuation is attributable to the existing shares for the existing business

Interesting that there was no chatter when this was at its lows now a few are coming out of the woodwork
