Yes Strauss, and I gave a circa $12M based on what I assume would be a fully diluted model. I would be surprised given the generosity of the upfront vend shares, that the milestones wouldn't be priced the same. That will be disclosed in time.
Valuations are determined on a fully diluted basis, not on upfront scrip alone you know.
