I hold no stock but am interested in buying. I said that I thought this was serious and was abused and called a clown by someone who probably thinks it is serious too but is a bit panicky and is reduced to abusing people as their defense mechanism. This is serious. These guys have collateral issues and whilst not reflective of the company could prove to be an overhang in the stock. This is not a reporting issue as some suggest, that is easily solved by an announcement and doesn't involve court cases such as this. I suspect you are off the boards for sometime yet.
