I will be irrational and say I wouldn't buy the Dow currently. But nor would I buy property in parts of Australia.

Anyway this is about taking on excessive leverage not debating the merits of asset classes which in theory should match in the long term.

They don't match when we get back to original point you made about leverage.
Not a chance in hell they are close.

I have international stocks in my super, we are all exposed to certain levels already.
Mine has around 35%
