tufftech-i have a few reservations on your figures. i keep tabs on a new reject shop in a busy shopping mall with kmart and target nearby in the same complex. the floor area seems very generous to the amount of product available for sale. also,the number of clientele on wednesday and thursday pension days at the checkout, seems to be a bit "light".
obviously,the lease costs would be quite high and ironically,the previous tenants were the defunct crazy clark chain.
i just wonder how many other similar sites they have as the profit margin could be eroded substantially.
