Enough of the pleasantries.
Do you think that the IER has just as much to do with the Todd option, the company itself, just as much as FMS itself.

If so, is the case, it explains why the board has to say yes, if it is reasonable. If Todd are shown to be a liability to their offer, then the board are now free to not promote this offer.

If this IER was about FMS alone, then with the current sentiment about a NO vote pervading, one might assume, AND PERHAPS WRONGLY, that the IER should fall in the laps of us "NO" voters. Alas if Todd has the credentials to deliver this deal, even with excessive option extensions, the IER might still say the option is "REASONSABLE".

Trying to get a discussion about this on this forum led to not any posts addressing this.
It seems new ideas on this forum are pretty redundant apart from the usual chant of the "NO" vote!
Lest we beg to have alternative opinions that can offer new ideas!!
