in regard to rubbery figures that seem to flood the forum about the prospects of TRS, all i can say is, i am glad i am not a shareholder. it costs 90K to fit one of these stores out,and if they don't show a profit,they either continue running at a loss until the lease expires or they pay an early exit premium.
i have four of these stores within a 10K radius of where i live,and 3 of them are in shopping malls competing with kmart,big W and even Dollars and Sense.the other remaining one is in a small shopping strip,but very niche suburb,so lease costs are exhorbitant and exactly where another crazy clarks went bellyup.
they seem to be in suicidal mode now that "big"money knows it"s a lost cause.
