Isnt it a problem that someone who is on 55k allowed lending up to 1.7 million? Where is serviceability? How on earth she can service the loans? With the first loan borrowing 100%, how did she paid stamp duty of 12, 860 + legal and every properties after that?
Interest only 1.7mil at 4.75%, the reapyment is at 6729 per month. wait the p and I period kicks in. prime example of irresponsible lending practice.
