So how does it work when the water supply is a 'business enterprise' owned by the state government as it here in WA and the sole shareholder in the Minister for Water?????
Synergy supplies the power and they seem to be a an independant retailer, so we should be good to go off line if they keep pushing up the prices, especially the supply charge when you use very little power.
Unless the government change the rules.
