Everybody should vote against the IPO. They're planning on selling 115M shares to raise 60-70M dollars. That implies that they're selling around or slightly below the current market price.
Considering that they have enough cash to at least last the year, why would dilute existing shareholders right now by 50%, instead of waiting until efficacy data for TT-034?
