Possibly but which way do you mean? Up or down? Player or Banker?
My Baccarat skills tell me it's a pattern called 'ping pong' and can go either way yet.
As far as mixed messages from management go, if they are repeating old speech patterns it might put some investors off but won't effect the traders and that explains the ping pong. Direction is always needed in pre-deal times no matter how slight. The statement that they are still working towards the Tripartite agreement bothers me, as opposed to saying that they are making good progress. Something that indicates the quality of discussion and feedback would help.
Not a lot to discuss really, but the above might be something to react to. Some will justify it as reasons for anxiety.
