Agree. However my thoughts are a high tonnage JORC deposit allowing a multi year off take could allow for a higher price. I would assume that the guarantee of say a 15 - 20 year supply given a tightening of supply and increase in demand over the foreseeable future could allow for a premium. Might be worthwhile to hold off, increase the tonnage to get the 5 salivating before allowing them to bid for it.
