On the surface of it, this appears "OK" - not too keen on attaching options but the 8c price tag bodes well for future growth prospects.
If you view the entity as a whole now - 100 mill shares @ 3.5c - MCap $3.5mill with circa $1.3mill cash this is very very cheap compared to peers etc. and should move up from here over the next few months, with cap raise off the table
