Only thing is that in the space of 12months or so they have lost their CFO (to Eclipx), their Head of Global Operations (to Eclipx), their COO, and now their CEO and MD...
Surely this is somewhat concerning?
Although they have diversified the business somewhat, each of their different business streams operate in very competitive environments.
Eg. credit cards, business equipment leasing, mobile broadband, online payments...
